A patient sought assistance from us, presenting painful swelling right side mandible, without added infection. The radiograph CBCT scans revealed a lesion region tooth #48, extending halfway into mandibular ramus, which was surgically removed under general anesthesia. surgical technique cystectomy- complete removal cyst fibrous capsule. mucosa above bone defect then tightly sealed. histopathology report described an epidermal cyst. It follows that this type lesions, though uncommon bones, must be considered differential diagnosis odontogenic like follicular odontogeneic keratocyst.
